Directions: To get to 66 Avondale Heights in Asheville from downtown, Start by heading east on I-240 E. Take exit 9 Use the right lane to continue on US-74 ALT E and follow signs for Blue Rdg Pkwy turn right onto Avondale Road.. After about 1.5 miles, turn left onto Avondale Road. Follow Avondale Road as it curves uphill and becomes Avondale Heights. Continue up the hill, following signs for Shoji Spa. As you near the top, look for a sign that says 66/64—at that point, hang a hard left into the driveway. The houses will be on the right. The drive should take around 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.
