Perched at 3,200 ft+ elevation on a quiet forested ridge, this 2.70-acre parcel offers panoramic, long-range views of distant mountain peaks. The lot is surrounded by mature hardwoods on all sides, providing privacy and natural buffer. Access is via a year-round privately maintained gravel road. With no covenants, conditions or restrictions, no HOA, and open use zoning, your options are wide open. Keep it as a tranquil retreat or start your dream home build right away. Once your plans are approved by the county of course! This property is very low maintenance — no lawns to mow, no fences to paint — just the quiet forest, the melody of birds, and your view. In fall months, the surrounding oak, maple, sourwood, poplar, birch, sassafras, pine, rhododendron, pine & mountain laurel transform the horizon into a tapestry of reds, golds, and russets. Neighbors are rare and tucked away; you’ll likely see no one from the ridge top. Whether you envision your dream cabin, retreat, or long-term investment, this lot offers the peace, seclusion, and scenic beauty many only imagine.
