Your Horses Want to Live Here! Discover this 17.48 acres of mountain paradise in the heart of Fairview. Well-graded interior roads guide you to the 2005 Morton-built horse barn—a 36' x 48' structure featuring five 12' x 12' stalls with watering stations and dirt floors. Four of the stalls offer direct outdoor access, making it ideal for easy care and happy horses. Multiple homesites with sweeping mountain views await your vision. Until then, enjoy the panorama while glamping in the on-site camping shed. Wander or ride along the wooded trail to the upper pasture, where additional homesites await. The lower pasture can be reclaimed for everyday grazing or expanded turnout space. Multiple creeks and streams meander through the property. This versatile property is ideal for a family compound, equestrian estate, or small subdivision. Recent upgrades—including a newly constructed retention pond, fresh grading, and new culverts—provide improved access and easy long-term maintenance. A well, two septic systems (permits available), and 200-amp electrical service have been installed; however, they have not been used in over a year. As the property is part of an estate, the seller cannot warrant their current functionality. (we do know the power works in the barn). All of this is located in desirable Fairview—just 14 minutes to local restaurants and shopping and 22 minutes from downtown Asheville. Don’t disappoint your horses—this mountain haven is ready for you and your herd!
