You simply will not find a large tract - ~22 ACRES - with better land and these features in the mountains! Drive 0.7 miles and then turn right onto Perkins Rd. 353 Perkins Dr is the second driveway on the right BUT please do not disturb the tenants! They a friendly but need to be respected and given plenty of notice. You'll access the farm and other two homes FURTHER down the road. This can be done without notice. SO...after turning onto Perkins Rd from Hughes Gap Rd you will drive 0.4 miles and turn right onto a small blacktop driveway. You'll see the sign. It cuts through the property at 159 Perkins Rd. Please be respectful of that neighbor as well. A sign is out at both driveways. Bring the place up on LandGlide or a similar app before going out so you know where you are on the property as you tour.
