Directions: GPS to 2978 NC-9 Hwy. From I-40 take Exit 64 for NC-9 toward Black Mountain/Montreat. Turn right onto NC-9 South. Go 12 miles on NC-9 and make a right onto the property. The mailbox is not located at the driveway entrance. Look for the real estate sign. The driveway is just south of Ledbetter Farms and directly after the tall cypress trees. Coming from Black Mountain, the driveway entrance is the next right after the mailbox for #2971.
