Directions: Hold Harmless Agreement must be signed and sent to listing broker before appointment is approved. Need high carriage 4 WD. From intersection of Hwy 19 E and Three Mile Road(at Ingalls community) turn onto Hwy 19E and head toward Newland. Go 2.5 miles to a right on Winters Lane. The street sign was washed away by the flood. One lane metal bridge with no guard rails is easily seen from Hwy 19 E. To help you find Winters Lane - it is across the highway from a lovely rock house on the opposite side of Hwy 19E. Use caution. Do not cross this bridge if you are uneasy about driving it. Crossing metal bridge in icy or snowy weather could be dangerous. Do not cross bridge if you or your buyers have concerns about safety. There are deep ruts in the road on the other side of the river leading to the house. Seller has not had the bridge inspected.
