Neighborhood road is well maintained gravel- please drive slow to be considerate of neighbors. Forest Cove is a little bumpy, low profile vehicles use caution- but it is only a short drive onto Forest Cove. Cell service picks up pretty well at the home, can be spotty in the general area.
