No mobile home, prefabricated or modular homes are permitted... Set backs are 25 feet from the road and 10 feet on all sides... There are several vacation rentals in the neighborhood due to the views and proximity to the Festival Grounds, restaurants etc. Take a short walk along the top of the land by entering at the upper corner at the power pole.
