Directions: From Lake Lure Ingles: There are two entrances to the subdivision. Take 64/74 East to Right on McOwenben Pass. Stay on McOwenben Pass until you see the mailbox for 573 McOwenben Pass on the Left. Go up the gravel road and the GCLand lots will start straight ahead. Otherwise, Take Hwy 9 S to Left on Grassy Knob Rd. Take Grassy Knob to Left on Piper's Neck. Stay straight and enter gate to go onto McOwenben Pass. Gravel drive will be on the Right at the 573 mailbox. Lot 22 is one lot up from where Piper's Neck Rd comes through, but is not supposed to be accessed from Piper's Neck.
