Directions: Take I40 west to exit 27 for US-74 toward US-19, Clyde/Waynesville. Continue on US-74 for 3.1 miles, then take exit 104 for NC-209 toward US-23 Lake Junaluska/East Waynesville. Continue for 0.1 mile, use left lane to turn left onto Liner Cove Rd (also Lowes entrance). Continue on Liner Cove Rd past Lowes for approximately 0.6 miles to the first branded directional sign, where you will take a left. Follow the road up the mountain as it takes you to the right of the power line easement. You will need 4WD for this section of road. Follow the steep road up as it turns up the mountain and then curves back toward the power line easement. There are a couple of branded directional signs along the way to encourage you to continue. Liner Cove #1 starts in the power line easement at the top of the mountain and continues to the end of the road and this is where the parcel's best home site is located.
