Directions: From I-40 take exit 44, head East on Smokey Park Highway for approx 1.9 miles and take a left onto North Bear Creek Rd. (there is no light at this intersection). Travel approx 0.8 miles on N Bear Creek rd, then take a Left onto Johnston School Rd. Travel approx 0.7 miles on Johnston School Rd, which will take a slight left Jog and turn into Spivey mountain Rd. Travel approx 1.2 miles up Spivey Mountain Rd. and Woodpecker Ridge Ln will be on your right. Travel approx 300 feet to the right side of the Cul de sac and the lot 19 will be immediately to your right.Using 7 Woodpecker Ridge Ln in google maps takes you right to the property.
