Directions: Gate Code is in the showing instructions. From Buffalo Creek Road, turn left on Grey Rock Parkway to the gate. Make sure you have the code. Take Grey Rock Parkway (about 5 miles; see attached map), then turn left onto Rolling Ridge Trail to the end of the paved road. On the right, you will notice a small paved parking area. The property is basically directly below the parking pad. I recommend walking down High Windy Dr, the undeveloped road to the property. HOA transfer fee: $150.
